Vibrating screens are critical equipment to modern material handlings operations in which unscheduled downtime often has significant consequences. Mining screens are constantly under heavy load demands and work under harsh environments that can bring aggressive wear and tear to the equipment. It is therefore important to be able to effectively monitor the screen condition and detect potential component failures before they occur. As part of an ongoing effort to offering a complete package of SmartPlant solutions, AURY, a DADI subsidiary and flagship mining screen manufacturer, has unveiled an online screen monitoring solution, the AURY Vibrating Screen Sentinel (AVSS).

Aury Australia recently expanded its footprint in the WA iron ore market with the delivery of a further 4 screens for a key client. The new screens will go into operation in May alongside previously supplied screens by Aury Australia.

The reliability and performance of the currently installed screens has seen our client continue to support us and have recently purchased a further six screens from us to be delivered later this year.
The screens were specifically designed to fit into the existing plant structure with minimal modifications. During the design phase Aury implemented many key design features to improve the screen both in operation and maintainability.

Aury were able to supply a solution for our client for factory testing of the screens by producing a screen media kit relevant to what is installed.

Aury Australia took delivery of a few more 3D printed scale models of vibrating screens and centrifuge.

Printed by highly talented engineer Ben, Aury present a scaled model of a vibrating screen to our customer based on the screens they have purchased from us.

Displaying the new Aury plastic guards, the Aury rubber enclosed springs and Aury Screen Media, with a cut out detail to view the cross beam, stringer, and cleats.

Our scaled models come in their own display case which will keep them safe and secure for years.

Current sizes completed 2.4 x 6.1, 3.6 x 6.1, and 4.2 x 7.3 single deck multi-slope machines decked out with Aury Hard Chrome wedge wire screen media or rubber screen media.

A respected customer of Aury Australia in the Hunter Valley coal region took delivery of the first of two Aury 4.2w x 7.3L single deck multi-slope vibrating screens today.

The two screens were selected to replace existing competitors screens and include Aury screen media installed. Our customers decision made easier after years of being impressed by the reliability of Aury service technicians and products.
